1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Kivori AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Kivori AI is an AI companion application. We provide a platform for you to interact with AI models. The service operates on a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model, meaning you are responsible for providing your own API keys for external AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock) and are bound by their respective terms of service.
3. User Responsibilities & API Keys
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account information. Kivori AI does not store your external API keys on our servers unencrypted. We are not responsible for any charges incurred on your third-party API provider accounts as a result of using our Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kivori AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The AI models you connect to may produce inaccurate or objectionable content, and Kivori AI is not liable for such outputs.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
